R.I.P Lavender

Yesterday afternoon, my dear Lavender died. :(
She was only 9 months old.
We suspect that some sort of respiratory disease was responsible.
I will miss Lavender dearly as she was a lovely pet.
I'll never forget you Lavender. May you rest in peace. :(

    Hi Rosie, I'm so sorry for your loss. They say that guinea pigs are at risk for respiratory infections too. Your Lavender was so sweet. They are so innocent and unconditional, we get so attached to our little friends. You've done a beautiful tribute to her. xo Jennifer

    Oh, how sad. It's so hard to lose a pet - we lost our doggie last year, and it was just so, so sad. {hugs}.

      Daisy seems a little skittish of late, as she has just lost her best friend. ( her father also died a few months ago but she is oblivious to the fact )
      I took her outside today and she seemed to enjoy the experience.
